Kareem Redmond

DDS

           Dr. Redmond was born and raised in Fayetteville, North Carolina and is proud to call North Carolina his home. He attended North Carolina State University to receive a bachelor’s degree in Chemistry. Though his allegiance will always be with the Wolfpack, Dr. Redmond went on to earn his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from UNC Chapel Hill School of Dentistry. During his time in dental school, Dr. Redmond developed a strong passion for using his dental knowledge to help the community.            

           Following graduation from UNC- Chapel Hill, he moved with his lovely wife to Winston Salem, NC in order to begin his Residency program at Wake Forest Baptist Hospital, with a focus in treating medically complex patients, dental surgical procedures, implant dentistry, and IV sedation. During his residency training, Dr. Redmond received the highest level of training in all areas of Dentistry including Endodontics (root canal therapy), Cosmetic dentistry, TMJ therapy, Sleep Apnea treatment, and Orthodontics.            

           After completion of his 2 year residency program, Dr. Redmond decided to remain in Winston Salem with a local group practice. He practice there for 3 years providing compassionate dental care to patients in Forsyth county focusing on helping patients become comfortable enough in the dental office to achieve their oral health goals. In 2019, he decided to plant permanent roots in the triad and start his own dental practice. Establishing his own practice allowed him to focus on his clinical goals of providing the highest quality care in a comfortable and warm setting. Dr. Redmond has a passion for learning and completes over 30 hours of continuing education in order to provide his patient’s the highest level of dental care.

           When Dr. Redmond isn’t working he enjoys spending time with family, cooking, and spending time outdoors. You will often see him around town playing basketball, enjoying the great outdoors, or hanging out with his wife and kids.
